Position:         Community Engagement & Volunteer Manager

Reports To:     Development Director

Time:                   Part-Time, Non-Exempt (up to 36 hours/week, depending on organizational needs)

Position Summary:

The Community Engagement & Volunteer Manager serves as a key ambassador for St. Croix Valley Food Bank (SCVFB), building awareness of the organization's mission and expanding community support throughout western Wisconsin. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and supporting volunteers; managing the Volunteer Center and Community Engagement Room; representing SCVFB at community events and outreach activities; planning fundraising, donor engagement, and community events.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about building meaningful relationships that inspire community involvement in the fight against hunger. They are committed to connecting with volunteers, donors, and community partners and are willing to actively participate in all SCVFB events to advance our mission and strengthen community support.
